Therefore, the GNR has developed the Nutrition Responsibility Framework (NAF), the first global independent and comprehensive accountability framework for nutrition. You can use countries' nutritional profiles to compare different regions or to find out what progress your country has made towards the global nutrition goals set by the World Health Assembly. The World Nutrition Report's emphasis on nutritional well-being for all, in particular the most vulnerable, is of greater importance in the face of this new global threat.
Funding for pandemic recovery must have nutrition as a key component if the world wants to “build back better,” with significant economic benefits to be gained from investments in nutrition. National nutrition profiles bring together the most recent data on nutrition at the global, regional and national levels.
